1. Agreement

This website is operated by Petty Pixels™ ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We do our best to display our products accurately, but we can't guarantee your screen shows colors exactly as they appear in person. Slight variation between the photos and the physical product is normal. LED display patterns and animations are controlled through the companion app.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any product, and refuse any order.

4. Pricing and orders

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Compare-at prices shown with a strikethrough reflect the value of the item, not necessarily a price previously charged by this store.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, orders placed with a pricing error, and orders that exceed reasonable quantity limits. If we cancel an order you already paid for, you get a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. By submitting an order you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and risk

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. Our Shipping Policy explains how we handle lost and damaged packages regardless.

Petty Pixels™ Smart LED Pixel Curtain Lights are decorative LED lighting products designed for indoor and sheltered outdoor use.

• Follow the installation guide included with your product. Secure the curtain properly to prevent falling.
• Do not use near water unless the product is rated for outdoor use. Do not submerge any component.
• Do not modify the wiring, controller, power adapter, or any other component. Modifications void the warranty and may create a fire or shock hazard.
• Use only the included power adapter. Using a different adapter may damage the product or create a safety hazard.
• Do not cover the controller or power adapter with fabric, insulation, or other materials that may trap heat.
• Disconnect from power during storms, when not in use for extended periods, or if you notice any damage to the wiring or components.
• Keep out of reach of small children. Small components may present a choking hazard.

You are responsible for proper installation and use of the product and you assume all risk associated with its use.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Petty Pixels™ name and logo, product photography, video, and written copy — is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Your content

If you send us photos, video, or reviews, or tag us on social media, you give us permission to use that content in our marketing, on our site, and on our social channels without payment. You confirm the content is yours to give.

11. Accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate but don't warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content is error-free, complete, or current. We may correct errors and update information at any time without notice.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, interfere with the site's security, or impersonate any person.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy, our products and this site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot legally be waived.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including property damage resulting from improper installation or use of a product.

You agree to indemnify and hold Petty Pixels™ harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
