Refund policy
Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused beyond an initial test, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories (remote, controller, power adapter). Products that have been installed long-term, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund, but may still be covered for replacement under the guarantee above.
How to start a return or claim
Email pettypixels.co@outlook.com with your order number, the reason, and a photo. We'll reply within 1 business day with next steps and, if a return is needed, the return address.
Do not ship anything back before you hear from us. Returns that arrive without authorization can't be matched to an order and can't be refunded.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to post it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No return required.
30-Day Warranty (optional add-on)
If you added the 30-Day Warranty at checkout, you're covered for any damage to the product for 30 days from delivery — including accidental damage. Broken pixels, damaged wiring, dropped controller: email us a photo and we'll send a free replacement.
The warranty is in addition to your normal rights above. It covers one replacement per unit purchased and doesn't cover lost or stolen items or intentional destruction.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Email us within 30 days. If the product is unused we'll swap it; you cover shipping on the exchange unless we made the mistake.
Order cancellations
Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel for a full refund. After that the order is likely in processing and can't be stopped — use the guarantee once it arrives.
Non-returnable
- Products that have been installed long-term, modified, or show physical damage from misuse
- Anything requested more than 30 days after delivery
- Shipping Protection and 30-Day Warranty add-ons, once the order has shipped
Sale and bundle items
Sale and bundle items follow the same 30-day policy. Returning part of a bundle voids the bundle discount — you'll be refunded the bundle price minus the standard single-unit price of what you keep.
Color and product variation
Screens vary, so colors of the physical product (frame, casing) may look slightly different in person. Minor differences in manufacturing are normal and aren't defects. LED display colors are controlled by the app and match what you see on screen.
